Visual scripting
i know it was removed in 4.0 but like is there any chance for it to comeback
even if "less than 0.5%" used it
it might be one of those things that not a lot of people use but the people that use it find it really useful

Slim. It was removed because it was actually much harder vs GDScript in many aspects, and users kept wanting a much different Visual Script that isn't as complicated, and was depricated because it just didn't make sense, was a buggy mess and totally missed what people wanted from it because it was trying to be GDScript with noodles.

Take a look at https://www.vahera.com/orchestrator
Didn't use it, saw it on the assetlib but it seems to be a visual scripting tool.

VisualScript was removed starting with Godot 4.0, and it won't be reintroduced. You can read the Simplicity[waiting-for-blue-robot.gitlab.io] chapter from "Waiting for Blue Robot" which explains Godot's motivations, based on the perspective of Godot's lead developer. They acknowledge that something like event sheets might work better for Godot, but I doubt they will ever implement it.

Nah, the visual scripting was garbage. A good thing it was removed.
