Top-Down RPG Tutorials?

I am trying to make a top-down style RPG. I have tried looking around but can't find much that can help me. I set up a testing room with collisions and I want to create a scrolling program that I can use. Are there any tutorials that can help, or anyone to guide me through this process?

I fear there is no top down RPG tutorials on godot yet. All I can suggest is looking up docs and try to find a way. I also want to know how to make it too. :(
