Why isn't Godot Saving the entire Project?
I added some resources, I saved the project, but when I restart the program with the project, everything was gone except the saved game files.

How did you add the resources? Did you import them into the project through Godot? Or just copy the files into the folder through file manager?

I made them, not copied or imported.
