Rytmik Studio will have custom sample imports, so you can import anything you want as .wav, including bfxr/sfxr exports. But if you are aiming for chiptunes exclusively anyways, Rytmik is pretty much an all-in-one tool once you learn to tweak sample filters. I'd recommend waiting for Rytmik Studio though as it should release in a week's time as Early Access or Stable. If you can't wait for that, then Rytmik Ultimate might still be worth checking out. Ultimate includes samples that are not exclusive to chiptunes, but using bit-crush filtering you can still get a chiptune sound from most of them.
Rytmik Ultimate and Rytmik Lite Chiptune Synthesizer will probably be deprecated once Rytmik Studio releases, but even Rytmik Lite would probably suffice for your particular chiptune needs. I suppose it's a matter of patience here, really.
It has an english page and manual, and is also free. This is probably what you'd be looking for.
The lack of intuitive audio creation tools is a problem but this one is relatively easy to use, when compared with software like LMMS anyway.
In version 3 they are making a much more fleshed out audio system. watch the videos on their youtube channel.
