how to make shadows stop after a distance
as the title says.

i have a light2d and a light occluder in the shape of a square, the shadows from the occluder just goes on and on. how would i make the shadows stop after a while to make it look a bit more realistic?

havent been bothered to make an account, however i do think ive sorted it out. thanks a bunch anyway!

NP, glad you worked it out. I would have tried to help, but I haven't done much light sourcing and shadows in Godot yet. An account over on the Q/A is worth it BTW. Pretty good and knowledgeable community over there.
