What am I missing at the Ag center?
So I chose Ag Center over high pool (And now regret because I'm mycophobic as hell. F*** any game that puts in killer exploding fungi as well as fungi-type people monsters. Ugh.) and have gotten to the point where I've turned the valve for the Irrigation. I was told to head back, so I did, but Kathy just says "Go shut off the irrigation!" so I go back to see if I've missed anything. So then I end up looking at a guide, it mentions a "Western Greenhouse" I have to go to next. So I head West and find no such thing. So I think maybe they mean West as in the other hallway with the poison gas. But I can't do diddly-squat in there, I could go into a morgue but I have no way of accessing the other door - not even with brute force. I've also fully explored the Mushroom caves and there's some vines blocking my way to the only area I haven't reached, and unlike most vines they don't splode or let me use explosives and so on.

I'm starting to go nuts and since two of my best characters have infection (Thanks fungus pod that was obscured by the camera at 3 seperate angles) time is of the essence and all that. :S

You have to turn off the poison gas on both sides to go to the east and west greenhouse (or whatever they're called). I dunno what you're missing. One requires 5 fans and the other one requires 1.

Also, if you are afraid of fungi and mold, then why the hell are you called the plague doctor.

The thing is I can't seem to get to the fan for the West side due to the door which won't budge. I don't mean the airlock door, I can get into the poisoned area and the morgue but that leads nowhere. Brute force, lockpick and explosives are all at 0% if I inspect the door I need to get through. At least I'm assuming I have to get to that fan because I can see a fan if I scroll past, plus I'm not sure why turning off all but one fan will help though I have already tried that.

I'm named the Plague Doctor because

A) I like healing stuff and often play healing roles in games and RPGs
B) Plague Doctors had awesome masks and I have this weird obsession with masks - especially gas masks or any type of mask meant to protect from gas/disease/whatever.

Walk into the poison, use brute force to close the open door, the airlock doors (which wont open because the door to the poison is open) will now be possible to open.

Use brute force to close it, problem solved

No, I'm past that. I'm having trouble getting past a SHUT door in the West corridor.

hmm east west..hmmm I'm not good with those terms (I use left/right up/down cause im navigationally challenged ;) )

I think its either computer science or alarm disabling that'll work on that door, but I cant remember it 100%

I think east is the one with five fans and west is the one with a single fan. Either way, the one with a single fan has a door that I think needs to be opened mechanically(computer science, alarm disarming, rose should have the codes). Past that you have the choice of repairing/sciencing the big machine to destroy the vine, or brute force the walls into a room with a couple enemies and pods. Make sure to turn on the fan, i think the toxic gas goes away even if you turn the fan back off, which you need to do in order to proceed.

I figured it out, there's a safe in the room with the computer that controls the airlocks. In it was a keycard for the door that worked. I feel dumb for not having seen it despite combing that area 80,000 times over but it kinda blended in with the background (My colourblindness doesn't help.) and the camera and mouse don't seem to communicate well at times which also may have been an issue (I can't tell you how many damn times I've had to fiddle with 8 hundred different camera permutations in certain fights just to get the mouse cursor to swtich to the attack icon.) even if I still feel dumb in the end. S'pecially since the keycard for the other door was 5 feet away in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ box.

Im having the same problem here. Thing is; I dont have anyone to open the stupid safe :-/

you can run through vents if they are not activated. You don´t need the doors ?

Do you have any skill points for one of your characters? It's a pretty low level safe. Plus if I remember correctly computer science can open it as it can open certain safes, Rose can take care of that assuming you recruited her.

I hope you know you can highlight objects and enemies with the Z button. (I rebinded it to shift. Maybe I should just make it SPACE, which i have for end turn)

Go kick some butt.

Well, that was it! I actually had some skill points just lying around. Popped those into safecracking and moved on.
I feel so clever, I´m going to go drown myself in the bathroom sink.
Thank´s so much for the help though ;-)
