Weird infinite damage received glitch (Video, Ag Center Spoilers)

So Dr. Larsen takes aim at one of my Rangers, shoot and misses twice, but the third shot connects and the damage just keeps going and going... And going. TBlood gushing everywhere, the turn would never end. I eventually exited the game when it broke 200k.
