outdoorsman skill book

all the lists online i saw , say the skill book is "in the ag center" , "central area" , "in the kitchen", "on a bookshelf", "need perception skill"

i have 6 perception and for the life of me, i can't find this book. I have no idea even where this "kitchen" is.
i'm searching everywhere.
there's zero info on this online except the little bit i just said earlier.

it looks like a room you're "supposed" to be able to get into but there's no apparent way in.
i went all around the sides and then thought maybe there's like a ladder to come up from the lower level but i can't find any ladder down there.


edit : never mind, i found the book. it's not that square room. it's up from where the screenshot and then in a corner in that same large room with the coffee maker and the toaster

Personally, I keep my coffee maker and toaster in my kitchen, just sayin...
