true ending? (spoilers)

is there a true ending to the game? like vargas blows himself up with the nuke at the end? and everything else you did around the game? or is it intended to have many endings with the same general direction?

Not sure, cause I keep restarting. I squinted and scrolled this page quickly, looks like about 34 pages of details, including regional and end game:

Barring a couple of game overs that may technically count as endings, the ending ALWAYS involves the Ranger Citadel blowing up to destroy Cochise. Everything else is variable. To the best of my knowledge, there is no true ending beyond that.

I'm sure like Fallout 2 gave us the "true" ending of Fallout, and Fallout: New Vegas gave us the "true" ending of Fallout 2, we'll find out what's the "true" ending of WL2 when WL3 is released. But as Stuurminator points out, it likely revolves around Citadel going bye-bye and Cochise being eliminated once-and-for-all. But everything else? We'll need to wait and see.

hope is all we have pal. after seeing so many crappy games in 2018-2019 that just flopped straight out of the get go, some i have been personally waiting for myself, i have come to realize that the gaming market is about to crash. personally, i think its a good thing, the crash will wipe every big company out and leave a blank slate to start anew. i just hope that the crash will happen after WL3 comes out, that way i could atleast enjoy the time that is left before the crash.
