Entering the code for the safe in Rodiola Bank Vault
I think I have the code for Chris's safe in the bank vault in Rodiola, but I have no way to enter it on the safe. I've had this happen before -- where I've got a code and have no way to enter it. I've tried the obvious, having my computer expert use their skill on the safe, but no interactive screen shows up allowing for a code entry (and the use of the computer skill is at 0%). I need something from that safe so I have to get into it.

I don't think his code is for the safe, but for one of the safe deposit boxes? Or is that what you meant? And you can also Brute Force them open.

No, you can't brute force the safe itself. The boxes, yes. The safe, no. And the safe requires Chris' code, which I have, but there is no code entry screen.

It sounds as if you haven't even tried using the code on every safe deposit box in the vault. I'm sure one of them would open if you did. And then your Rangers would stand there, thinking: "If that code worked for that safe deposit box, what are the chances that it would also be the code for that safe which won't let us enter a code?"

Here[forums.inxile-entertainment.com] is a list of codes for all the safes in the game:

Location: Rodia, central Bank, inside the Vault
For this one, I am listing all five codes, just picking out the one that's relevant for the story, as the other ones are obvious jokingly by the developers ;). The codes are listed counter-clockwise, starting off with the one immediately to the right as you enter the Vault itself.
Code 1: 123456
Code 2: 2369
Code 3: 72779673 ("PASSWORD")
Code 4: 793789 ("QWERTY")
Code 5: 5386346 ("LETMEIN", or better said, "let me in"!)
Obtained how: Code 2 is the one that has a story significance. The code itself is obtained from a document contained in the safe inside Rodia's distillery. The safe is positioned against the wall of the room where the player finds Christopher von Graas and the document inside reveals the code to be "2369". All passcodes obviously meet high security standards ... ;).

There are only five safe deposit boxes, and one electronic safe. I don't get an option to enter a code for the safe, but I do get the option to enter codes for all five little boxes. And while you can Brute Force them open, or use the hotkey to select the Lockpicking skill and pick the locks, by using the codes the whole team gets XP, not just the person opening the box.

The quest box is the middle one against the right wall when facing the safe at the back wall.

That safe does not require a code, that is why it does not pop up the code entry screen. The code you have is for one of the little boxes on the side of that room.
