Report a translation problem
In the case of The Prison, yes things will change a bit after the first time you visit that location and leave - but that's actually mandatory. You can't resolve the "Red Skorpion Militia" quest in a single visit because of the way it's designed. There's a certain point where you'll simply encounter an obstacle that cannot be bypassed until you get further in the main storyline.
So you can feel free to leave for healing and restocking, because it would take multiple visits to wrap things up at The Prison anyway. :)
