Two unknown skill abillities???

In general skills, there are two unknown skills with question marks behind them.
What are they and where and how can i discover and aquire???
Have been playing the game differently a few times, but never got an answer to that myth...

Would truely apreciate it if "someone that knows" can spoil me with a clear hint :)

One is a kickstarter backer reward. type something in the bar when talking to the merchant at the start of the game. and you get some books. it just adds some dialog to the descriptions.

the other is a secret book found in the late game area that gives +100% critical chance.
