XBOX ONE very early game Bug(s?) - Cannot continue

I completed my second mission, "Hunt Wolves". I returned to the boat to return to the village. The only optiong I have when I select the boat is, "Stay and Continue". Also, and maybe this is the problem, I leveled up to level 4 during the mission, but it still says 3 (with a plus mark above) and I can find no way to level up to 4.

I exited the game (save at "last checkpoint" which was NOT the last checkpoint - it was a half dozen back from where I saved) and turned the Xbox One off. I went back and tried Continue and it still didn't work. Now I have to hope that I can do the mission again and it works, wait for the next patch (I installed the game today 7/5/2017), or Return the game in the next couple of weeks.

One other issue I would like to bring up: Please put in an option to SCALE the display. Right now the left and right are slightly cut off. I can still see enough of the edges, but is kind of annoying.

XBOX One Bugs - updates

I can't find my original post. Annoying. Anyway...

Instead of replaying mission 2 "Wolf Hunting" I hit the Start button and chose "Back to Village". The game kept my level up, but the mission is still on the mission list and I don't think I got the rewards.

New Bug: Mission 3 - "Svanung Raid"
I had 2/3 Iron Skulls
1 had all the second item
1 had 8/10 Flags destroyed

I decided to backtrack, which took forever, and find the missing parts. I only found Flag #9. A little bit later all the items reset to ZERO. I completed the mission and, of course, didn't get credit for the items, though now the mission is gone from the mission list. I swear there was no 3rd Iron Skull and no 10th Flag. I went through the entire map 3 times.

I assume I'm playing with the most recent Xbox One patch because when I installed it there was also a large Network installation in addition to the Disc portion. I have looked for an indicator in the menus to see what version I am playing, but I cannot find one. Am I missing it? If not, it would be nice to put the latest game version in the pre-game menu somewhere.

I replayed "Wolf Hunting" and it worked as it should the 2nd time. Even found the 3rd lever the second time. :)

I was going to replay "Svanung Raid" but since I completed the task of beating the boss and going back to town, it's not in the mission list anymore. I didn't know that missions disappear after beating the boss & returning to town. "Wolf Hunting" is still in the Raid List though - is it supposed to be a mission we can do over and over?

I will agree with people that say the Weapon & Armor makers offer terrible items and aren't very useful shops. But other games have this "problem" as well. It would be nice if the items were useful.

I am enjoying the game. Keep up the good work. :)
