Ok so I am having the same issue. I have 24 items on my character. This includes items I am wearing, other talismans, my runes, AND the items in my "Backpack" yet it says 45/99 rather than 24/99.

Below are two screenshots. Each one is displaying the respective tabs. The "Show All" tab and the "Backpack" tab.

I have the same problem, i have 40 items on my character (everything on all inventory pages) and it says 61/99 .

Interesting topic.I always thought that number can't bre true i don't have that much but was too lazy to countfor myself.

Count how many runes you have in your armour and weapons, also each part of the artifact you own like Mjolnir pommel-head-and I have no idea what is the other, but each of them take a space so as the runes in your weapons what you are using which is not makes any sense, but it is how it is. Also you might have like 10 from that purple rune. I just made a number but you can check it at the rune master person.

I've done this and there's no combination of items equipped/unequipped, with or without runes, with or without collectibles, or counting each stackable item individually that can make the total the game claims I have.

their math is simply completely broken.

I counted my items and almost added up to the number (game said 80, i counted 78 but probably forgot to count equipped runes). It seems it's counting:
+ 1 for everything you have equipped
+ 1 for every single items in your inventory (except runes and artefacts)
+ 1 for every single rune (if you have 2of a kind it's +2)
+ 3 for every artefact (even if you only have 1 out of 3parts)

If I do the adding you suggested, it brings the total up to 29. So it should be 29/99 then, not 45/99.

I also have the same thing, if I count it that way, i come at the number 45/99 items , while my inventory says 73/99 items

poor design need a major patch to address all these issues..should be a storage chest in town. and can't even sell ruines either.

The way I look at it, Diablo 3 on launch was also..... lacking.... But look at it now, it is one of the most played ARPG's out there. I have serious high hopes for WoM but I really hope they don't take a year to add various things like account wide stash, random loot off bosses (prefixed loot from bosses is lame, it should be from a pool of items and then RNG happens to determine what said boss drops) and most importantly of all, actual replayability. Please make this game into the potential greatness that it can be!

Could you please confirm that the count is fine when connecting / using controller UI?
If the item count is not right when using a controller it would be very helpful if you could send us your savegames to [e-mail]

Here you can find your savegames for Vikings - Wolves of Midgard
C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Games Farm s_r_o_\Vikings_ Wolves of Midgard
You can get to this folder by doing the following:
- Type “%appdata%” without “” in your Windows search bar
- You will be forwarded to the folder “Roaming”. Just get back in the “appdata”-folder
- Please select the Folder “LocalLow”
- There you select “Games Farm s_r_o_”
- Now “Vikings_ Wolves of Midgard”
- And simply select the whole “saves”-folder. Best would be archiving it, with e.g. WinRar
Attach the savegames in your mail to our support please.
