new game +

ng+ seems pretty pointless. it strips us of all of our gear. and there are no new gear drops either. so what is the point in doing it besides maxing out all the trees.

I'm not to consererned about the equipment. I'm more concerned about the level up stats from the sacrifices blood at the altar being reset. That is just stupid

As the developer has responded in this thread, I question why people are still referring to "my friend said" and "I heard that?"

Even if you could keep all your items in NG+, you still would replace them in 15min (right when you get back to town). The 2h artifact axe was piece of crap really soon. The artifact mace (650dps) was the same, useless because you get new ones which have 1050 dps.

The only problem is that the dps is the only stat that scales. So you need to progress again to get rank 5 runes. Belts,rings and heal potions wont get replaced because the stats wont chance. Well the heal potion heals more but nothing more.

Also if you want your artifacts fast in NG+, dont craft them in normal mode. When you enter the NG+ and craft the artifact you collected in normal, you get the lvl 57 ones. I have artifact bow with 3090dps (skathi's great bow).

So dont clear the final Q and do the NG+ in friends game, you keep all the loot and can craft all artifacts to highest level

As I read all the issues and "features" this game has, I am even more glad I didn't spend my money on this game. Like I said, Shadows:Heretics will be these guys shadow for an eternity.

Glad that I Iearned my lesson with that game, and didn't fell for it again.

Sure the game looks great, sounds great, but you get the same gear and mats off the same chests and bosses, regardless your class.

Having your gear stripped on NG+? I mean let's be honest, this game is just an press A to kill enemies festival. CD on spells are way to high, the hit detection is retarded, you can kill a pack of 5 monsters with one spell and still get x2 double kills instead of a multi kill, sometimes you kill 2 enemies and you are granted with a triple kill...

You can sit there trying to destoy a barrel with your bow and you won't destoy it with an auto attack, you gotta use a spell...

This game, is a joke.

Disagree, I'm having a blast! Though some gear is pre-created, I'm still using things I've found. I've played a ton of arpg's and I am really enjoying the combat. The blood/gore and destruction isn't matched imo. Granted I'm still early in the game, but I can tell I'll play this for awhile. :)
