When looking under the hood, the government info lists the following for Unfettered
I know most faction adjustments are simply multipliers applied on the number of crew of any given ship based on its faction. There is no adjustment listed for Assist, Board, Capture, Destroy, etc, literally only 'Disable', and that is to make it 0.
If not explicitly listed, does that mean it's simply x1 by default?
Are multipliers below 0.05 still ignored?
Is it still full value for the recipient of an action and 1/10th for its opposing faction(s)? i.e. Can I, for instance, help two random sides in a random battlezone by simply repairing disabled ships of both sides for an eventual net reputation bump for myself to each if i keep the number of rescues roughly balanced for each side?
Am I missing/misunderstanding any other details about the mechanic and/or how the internal numbers work?
Yes, still ignored.
Yes, there are default modifiers for taking certain actions if they aren't specified.
