Is Hai reveal missions active now?
During found the solution for the unknown system near of deep space, I found the hai missions on the data file. But it seems that the first mission is locked by disabled. Is it on develop now, or it needs an another condition to be active?

If you still want to play it (at your own risk, and that of your savefile!) you can play the bleeding-edge Continuous Release which does include them.

Also, is it also true that the unknown system revealed northwest of deep territory is inaccessible right now? I suspect that such area is connected with the new mission line on development and is not meant to be available for now but is it true?

Not sure which system you mean. There are a few uninhabited systems that can be reached via Tania Australis, but that's southwest of the deep. And there's a few secrets in the Far North, but NW of the deep doesn't ring a bell.

I mean this. The unknown system, far northwest of Wezen and Suhail. This was revealed just after 0.10.0 update, and I can't have this before.

Sorry, I got it. It seems that it needs to be reported as bug. That was because the system was marked by the Remnant expedition mission, maybe. But if I remember correctly the system is a part of the new systems in 'Hai reveal' questline, so it must be not available for the expedition right now.
