Only 4k regen? OK, so that means I CAN take it out with enough Bactrians... Just gonna take a LONG time. (And, yes, Bactrians ARE better than Shield beetles. Total of 16 Heavy Laser beams, vs the Beetles' 14, and more outfit space)

Why even care about shields when you can use Korath Disruptors to effectively ignore shields? Now all you need to do is hope that the Drak doesn't try to div 0 and crash your game.

Also, Archons can't be disabled, unless you modify the game to allow it.

No... 333 weapon space, 4 turrets, 8 guns. 4 turrets x 2 = 8 beams, 40 weapon space x 4 = 160. 333 - 160 = 173. 8 guns adds another 8 beams, totaling 16. 15 weapon space each is 120, 173 - 120 = 53.
