Galaxy Map and map when you go though the wormhole
I don't know if people know this, but i went through the wormhole to go to the three isolated systems, and i checked the map. If you drag the map diagonal from top left to bottom right, you will eventully drag the map back to the galaxy map. You can't jump or warp to any systems, but it makes me think that there might be an easter egg hidden in the map. Like a system you can actually warp to. What do you think?

There would be a line between the systems if it was hyperdrive accessible, I think that the uber meticulous community would have found another wormhole, and jump drives have a range limit that is very small.

In short, no. There are no undiscovered systems on any end-game player's map. The only remotely easter egg-ish system is the secret pug system above wanderer space

As far as I know, there isn't.
Looking from the data files, there are only two "galaxies": the Milky Way, where we live (obviously), and the Pleiades, the wormhole galaxy. Neither of them contain such a system.

Yup; it isn't exactly easy to create an Easter egg in an open source game where we are able to see each and every change that occurs to the game through GitHub. The only real "Easter eggs" are references in the names of certain ships or in the mission text.
