Adding license through save edit

I bugged my mission and want to get a remnant license. I don't know what it's called in the save, though. Is there a list of names to add ships and things like that to your save?

Yes, you can.

There are two Remnant licenses, one for most Remnant ships and one for their Heavy Warship.

In your save, search the following

	"license: Pilot's"

The area around this part of your save should contain information about things like your net worth and information about your flagship.

Directly under that, put the following

	"license: Remnant"
	"license: Remnant Capital"

My save looks like this

	"flagship bunks" 95
	"flagship crew" 47
	"flagship planet: Darkstone"
	"flagship required crew" 47
	"flagship system: Han"
	"license: Pilot's"
	"license: Remnant"
	"license: Remnant Capital"
	month 11
	"net worth" 4883825835
	"passenger space" 2112
	"pirate attraction" -190
	"remembrance day: declined"
	"remembrance day: offered"

Thank you, dude! I thought I had tried that but I'm sure I screwed it up somehow. Is there a list of what everything is called? Or is everything pretty straight forward? I guess I'm asking for a how to on how to alter the code in the save.

Just tested on a fresh save, and as long as everything is spelled correctly, this should allow you to purchase Remnant ships.

My save file borked and I lost all my licenses including my pilot's license so i can't ctrl f that. what should the license category be under?

It should be just before account. For example:

licenses
	Militia
	Pilot's
account
	credits 227287
	"salaries income"
		"Free Worlds" 8900

Yeah there's been some changes in how licenses are written into the save file in the last 3 years.
