Galaxy map: question about some symbols

When I take a mission, the destination circle on the galaxy map will show a symbol below the circle, some sort of colored tiret. These symbols also happen sometimes in orange/red when I didn't yet visit those locations, without any missions towards them, even when I'm far away. What do they mean?

There's a key in the bottom left hand corner.

Thanks to respond. It's not the circle color which I mean (and which denotes the trade prices), instead I mean these symbols you can see in the screenshot below:

2 orange tiret symbols at 'Adhara'; 1 orange tiret symbol at the locations
