Spaceship scales are vastly different from city scales.
Of course, you can always go the long way, and get a WORLD-ship...
Attitudes like this one are why dozens of people get crammed into trailers and die while trying to cross international borders in real life, and that's on Earth, which is much less difficult to work with than outer space.
I don't think its fair though, to compare the baccy to the world ship, because of it's technological and spiecies difference. We also don't know the interior designs of any of the ships really, so its hard to say.
