Taking ally settlement?
I think i just took an allies village on accident. I just moved over it with my units and now it turned to my factions color. Is this intentional? Also im new to the game so im not sure on everything dealing with the mechanics of the game.

That works as intended, more or less. moving on a claimable resource claims it, unless your ally has troops there. In allied games I leave single units on important resources to prevent that from happening,
