Conquest of Elysium 4
Other games like Conquest of Elysium (auto battle system)
I really enjoy this system and I'm wondering what other games use a somewhat similar battle system.

Godking: Early Access game. A not as content filled carbon copy of Conquest of Elysium with improved graphics

Deity Empires: Does not have the same hands-off battle system, but is very similar to Conquest of Elysium in game-play.

Wizards and Warlords: Another Early Access title. Similar battle system... However you do have some control over the battle.

Wizard Warfare: A trimmed down version of Conquest of Elysium, but quite cheap.

Dominions: You most likely know this one. Made by the same creators of Conquest of Elysium, while the game-play is vastly different, being a more traditional 4X with the same overload of garbage graphics but extremely fun game-play Illwinter is known for, It has a similar auto-battle system. A bit more difficult to get into compared to Conquest of Elysium.

Endless Space 2 has "auto-battle" in a sense that you only choose a formation before the battle itslef - you can only see visualization after that.

And since Dominions was been mentioned, you may as well want to look into Legion and it's later itterations by Slitherine (Steam re-release of Legion is a complete trash, it would be better to get the original and patch it up with community effort)
There's an entire admittedly small subgenre of "programming" strategy games where you give very general orders pre-battle and the battle plays out automatically. Dominions is an example, Gratuitous Space Battles is another.
Warlords 3. It's old, but good.

Legion is actually a good game.
Deity Empires lets you switch between Auto and Manual battles whenever you like (even during battle).

I love that game - feels bit like CoE and Civ had a baby :)
