Was there a reason for changing Outsider's voice actor?

there's no evidence for this please stop saying it like it's fact. he did a reddit ama (after already being replaced) and his username and xbox gamertag was a slur, and people on reddit conjectured that it might've been because of his gamertag. i would not be keen on working with him if he was still chill with that username but there's no reason to think anybody at arkane even knew what his gamertag was. why would they?

lush also conjectured that it could be because he had a harder time than usual doing the performance for the dh2 trailer.

there could be any number of other reasons as well. the truth is we don't know.

He clearly plunged deeper into chaos / darkness and turned from a neutral being into a more evil demon. The Outsider has changed, so his voice has changed too, the new voice perfectly matches such a character.

This is just my perception of the Outsider from the second part. This does not mean that he really changed and became an evil demon, perhaps the authors intended this character to be something else, and I misinterpreted their idea. Play and decide for yourself.
