alternate clockwork mansion entrance?

i swear there was an alternate entrance, but i can't find anything. i was almost able to get on the roof but there's an invisible wall.

Enter the mansion using the front door. After you leave the foyer, into the room with the lever that would normally alert Jindosh of your presence. Look directly up and you'll see glass 'roof' (edit: just remembered it's called a skylight) - break the glass and blink up there or by using far reach. That's how you get inside the inner workings of the mansion without alerting anyone.

i meant other than the main door on the outside of the building

After several playthroughs and about 450 hours ingame, I can say with complete confidence there is only the front door entrance.

Yep, theres no other way in apart from that front door. I even had a modified extended blink but nothing, which makes sense since the mansion itself is technically like its own level

With almost 400 hours of gameplay and a 100% completion, I can also verify that the only way inside the mansion is through the front door.

Option 1) Pull the lever after exiting the foyer and announce your presence.
Option 2) Break the glass of the indoor skylight and use the pathways of the inner workings of the mansion without raising alarm.

You can also pull the first lever and hide, so Jindosh assumes it was a malfunction.

yes there are multiple ways but why on earth would you spoil the fun by asking what to do ?

No there isn't. There is ONE entrance to the clockwork mansion. Don't be a dingus and try to confuse people.
