Also Billy was simply not approached. I DOUBT it was due to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reddit username.
Not approached -- after doing the trailer for the game.
As for the voice actor of the outsider, I don't know about what is going on, but the company isn't obligated to inform the actor of these things. The studio doesn't owe him anything, he only played the character once. And given that they are the creators maybe they wanted to try somethign different.
Did you even checked the reddit post?
Also link to anything that prooves the c--t was hired, all I found was her ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over the "not 100% woman lead"
Edit : Openly saying youll pirate on steam forums could earn you a useless ban, edit yourself.
We're their customers. This customer is demanding an explination.
I mean, she clearly holds some influence. Otherwise there wouldnt be so many people talking about her, or even being aware of her, here.
You can demand all you like, but you should also realize they don't owe you any answers and the way you're going about trying to get them is not exactly one that's likely to be productive for you.
Fanboys always do this. You can say they don't owe us answers, but most people are going to wonder why the voice for the Outsider changed. I will not be the last to ask. There have been plenty of instances where game companies and general companies have destroyed themselves by ignoring customers. So they don't owe us an explination, but that isn't to so there aren't repercussions for ignoring us, because there are.
And while some companies have been hurt by not listening to customers, that does not mean that a company that doesnt immediately comply with every desire of your heart that you force upon them in forums they may well not even read is going under.
...Sooooo, you are saying he is wrong, and you prove this by showing he is right? Companies do not have to divulge information about their actions if it doesn't directly effect the customer in the first place, and yes companies have ruined their reputations by not divulging information that DOES pertain to the customer.
So tell me, if you are so privy to this information, why haven't you emailed the game's audio director and asked him yourself? Just because you ask a question doesn't mean a company is obligated to answer. For some questions they are, because of laws and restrictions, but asking who they decide to work with? I doubt there is some kind of punishment for not saying.
Sure you won't be the last person to ask a question, same as I won't be the last person to ask what's for dinner tonight. Silly goose.
At what point did I ever say they have to legally divulge anything? What a ridiculous strawman. You've made us all stupider for your post, Twisted.
My topic is asking for an answer and pointing out something that is a concern for a great many fans. They can ignore the concerns of the fans at their own peril. They won't be the first or the last company to shoot themselves in the foot out of arrogance.
