Mana bar permanently restricted - bug?

Hi all
I am on the Death to the Empress mission and have noticed that my the amount of mana in the mana bar is suddenly restricted to the point that it only fills enough to complete one far reach etc. I have unequipped all my bone charms and it doesn't seem to be related to that? Has anyone else had this problem/found a solution.

I went back through my save games, and the change seems to happeneds somewhere in the previous mission. I started the previous mission with the ability to fully full the mana bar, and ended with the 1/3 fillability.

Each time you use a power, it only restores enough mana each time for one blink/far reach. If you use something that uses more mana or use blink or far reach again before it recharged, the bar will not fully recover. This is when you need to use a blue mana potion/tonic. It's the design of the game, not a bug.

Did they actually manage to get that far into the game without realizing how mana works at all? That seems a little... crazy.

Wondered that too, but no mana potion/solution was mentioned, so thought i'd better reply with that first.

Thanks for your reply - I have the mana system down... however, since the final mission it doesn't matter whether I use a potion it won't fill the bar above 1/3 (including if it is already topped up to 1/3 and I try to top it up further.)

Bonecharm effects?

I'm about to play that mission myself, so I'll find out if it's story related, at least.

Its not story related. Do you have a cursed bonecharm that stops your mana from regenerating? You may need to verify your steam files.
