in D2 its useless, the regen delay stays the same.
The only reason why I use a trainer in those games; infinite mana so that I can blink in peace.
They finally understood it with death of the outsider where they implemented fast and complete mana bar regen.
Also, they nerfed blinking downwards which is pretty annoying... The whole mechanic was so better in D1.
Manage your mana use.
Of course it will if you use other powers, But me personally, I dont. In d1 and D2 the only powers I have ever used are blink and time stop. And I almost never use timestop.
Its much more entertaining to play the game with as less powers as possible because the game was designed to be playable without them.
It all depends how you like to play!
