2GB graphics card minimum??
I have a 1gb card. I was able to run MGS5 kinda well on medium settings, 40-60 FPS and thier minimum specs also was 2GB. Maybe because it was well optimized?

I was kinda scared of this because i can't really afford a good video card at the moment and i wanted to know if i could run it.

My specs are:

WIN7
Intel i5-4590 3.3
Radeon HD 6670
16GB RAM

Good vid cards can be had cheap. 1050 or RX460 are ~$100 and are all 2GB.

But for your question, you have to roll the dice. Is it worth $60 to find out you can't run it, or $100 for a 2GB vid card?

Yes.
6670?
Jesus.. it's 2016, don't be suprised that it's outdated.

It's well below the minimum requirements, so probably wouldn't be playable.

you'll find out soon enough, and if you bought it on steam you can get a refund within 2 weeks, if you play less than 2 hours.

Unfortunately you can't really compare games like that, "I ran MGS:V, so therefore...." it just doesn't work that way.

With a 1GB card you may be able to run it, but I don't think the vram is going to be the problem. Your HD 6670 is just WAAAAY below minimum requirements. If you were like right under minimum I wouldn't say anything but your rig in general is just super unbalanced.

Like someone else suggested, look into a GTX 1050, 1050 ti, or 1060 if you can swing it. If you have more to spend then obviously the sky's the limit. They will at least get you up to speed though, and don't look at it as this game causing that, you've just gone about as far as you'll go with that GPU.

I upgraded from an HD 6950 two years ago, and even it was struggling then. Your CPU and memory are perfectly fine by the way, so if you upgrade to a newer GPU you will be able to play all new games for the next couple years no problem.

If you give us a budget you have to work with I have no problem helping you find something to fit your price and balance out your rig.

The last suggestion I have if you are on a really strict budget would be to check out ebay for used cards. You can get GTX 970's for under $200, hell even a GTX 750 ti would put you up at minimum spec and you can buy those for like $80.

LOL the 6670 was low end poop even when it came out many years ago. Heck it did not even meet minimum requirements for most games back then. Seriously, upgrade to a more modern video card if you want it pay $60 to play Modern video games. The rest of your PC is fairly decent so no reason to keep holding out. Even a low-end 1050 Ti would be like a supercomputer compared to what you have now for a graphics card.

Yeah. Games in 2016 need more performance than 5 year old mid end card can provide.

the 6670 is only about 50% faster than pitiful Intel Graphics from 3 years ago.
