If you open up your powers screen the runes available should be there. Im not sure if bonecharms carry over or money.

You do not carry over unspent runes, bonecharms or money. You keep your blueprints but must pay to get them again.

All you get to keep are runes for powers you have purchased already.

Before you start a new game plus you need to break down your bonecharms to learnn traits and get the whale bones, creat runes from the whale bones then use the runes to purchase powers.

When you get your powers you will recieve runes for the powers you had purchased so you can get the powers you want. Once you have all the powers there is no need to get anymore runes as you will have them all.

I haven't yet completed my first playthrough, but I'm interested in the NG+ thing. I don't fully understand it, but I'll close this post with what I dug up on one site. I have two questions, though, for those that have started an NG+ playthrough:

1. Exactly when at the end of your playthrough do you want to cannibalize your charms to harvest their traits? Do I do it right after the credits roll, or right before?

2. What is "assigning" runes? What do I need to now about that?

From GosuNoob: (Stay away from their site; there is malicious sh*t that attempts to force you to compromise your system, some fake "You are infected" blackmail crap. I had to force a browser crash and deselect their page during Restore. NEVER hit their X or OK buttons!)

New Game Plus & How it Works:

New Game Plus for Dishonored 2 has been added to the game very recently. After finishing the game for ourselves, we couldn’t wait to see what NG + had in store for us. As it turns out, tHere’re a lot of fun you can have replaying this game.

Dishonored 2 New Game Plus allows you to carry over all of your runes, learned bonecharm feats, and blueprints. On top of that, you get access to all character-specific powers. In other words, you can give Emily Corvo’s powers, and vice versa. Of course, you can start NG + with either character and on any difficulty setting.

There are some particularities, though. Inventory items, upgrades, coins, whale bones and held bone charms won’t carry over. Additionally, only learned bonecharm traits, assigned runes and available blueprints will carry over.
Dishonored 2 New Game Plus Tips & Tricks

Here are some steps you should take to get the most out of your NG + experience:

• Break down all of the bonecharms. You have to do this before ending the game for them to carry over to NG +. Held bonecharms and raw whale bones won’t carry over, only learned traits will.
• Assign all of your runes. You need to do this before ending the game, as well. No unassigned runes will carry over, so make sure you use all of them.
• Craft runes out of extra whale bones. If you have the runecrafting abilities (and you should), craft runes and buy all the powers you can. You’ll truly be able to build a true powerhouse this way.
• Dishonored 2 NG + playthroughs stack. Oh, yes. The more times you play through, the more stupidly powerful you’ll get. Eventually, you’ll be able to build a character with all of the powers you want, and become god.

lol yeah it's supposed to build on what you earned - so if you didn't earn any of the powers, you won't HAVE any of them available. ;)

I'm trying to get monkey wrench on my new game plus, but it isnt transfering, and I don't know why. Every other upgrade I wanted would transfer, but not monkey wrench. Also, the mission 9 blueprints didnt tranfer either

Read post number 2, and try not to necro if possible.

You buy the blueprints again from the blackmarket they should be already unlocked.
Miomom Jan 17, 2018 @ 9:29am
They aren't though? They don't appear, all the other blueprints do show up.
Sorry, shoulda been more specific

Which individual ones are you missing, and did you find them in the prior run that you based the NG+ on? You have to actually find everything and use it - that's why the bonecharms are broken down so you have their enhancements available anyway. I don't think you have to have utilized all the blueprints, but finding them and probably going to a black market dealer to have them show up in your list is important.

I did find them in my last run, although it could be that I keep NG+ing my saves.
So, my last run was in new game plus and that was the run I got the blueprints
