NVIDIA GPU USERS - New Game ready Driver,

New NVIDIA drivers are up in NVIDIA EXPERIENCE. They mention Dishonored 2 and something to do with the mouse. Downloading it now and will test out Dishonored 2 for performance and cursor issues.

lol restart isn't needed.. what ? you do realize that nvidia's gpu drivers dig in at kernel level access. Anything requesting kernel level access ALWAYS needs a restart. I mean it's what like.. 2, 3 mins for a reboot, it's not much man.

most people dont know these things and rely mostly on the computer itself telling them what to do, largely you either see your computer as a tool, or are a tool for your computer, this is how we get security leaks and stolen identities

Easy... I used 'Quick Install' too before but then noticed that the NVidia Folder grows and grows and then done some research...

I then found some that have the same Problem and also suggested to delete the Backups manually, but then also got the Info that a Full Install with ticked box below does remove them....

Also DDU is able to do that too, but then you end up with no Drivers at all and it boots only with the default Windows Drivers, where you then do a full install... It's somewhat cleaner, but can suck because booting up like this can mess with the Desktop Icon Arrangements (yeah i'm very picky with my Icon arrangement...) thats why i also use an IconRestorer that saves my Arrangement... ;)

Tommorrow i go see Folder NVIDIA e look for old drivers and delete manually and after install the new drivers.

Simply use 'Full Install' and tick the box below, don't fiddle around in the Nvidia Folder deleting the old manually... Because if you delete them manually it's also possible that 'Quick Install' doesnt work anymore and 'Full Install' also make Problems and then you will almost need to use DDU first...

Well, apparently the new Drivers are bugged, some say the GPU Clock is suddenly limited to low for GTX1080, so it's probably better to wait for the next one and stick with the current one anyway for now... LOL!

Stable drivers & system stability are a precious thing, try not to be so dismissive of older drivers just cause they are 'old'. Unless there is specifically stated performance improvements for the title you want or the new driver brings SLI support for a title - I don't see the point in bothering updating tbh.

Don't launch the game through geforce experience, just launch it through steam.

GFE bugs the game out when you launch it from there.
