i've also discovered you can (stealthly) steal from black markets
and he'll still sell you goods regardless, but when you steal their guys they'll notice
(funny enough i robbed a black market in the dust district and she said "one of the shops got robbed last night")
Thread necromancy, but still - someone else appreciates the guide. Was playing my No Powers game, and because I'm a masochist I also played it ghost/nonlethal. Was having a HELL of a time figuring out what to do about the watchtower outside the Royal Conservatory (working around it in a non-lethal game is a horrible pain in the neck) until I finally found your tip about using incendiary bolts on the fuel tank covers to disable them. It wasn't quiet, but since the guards seem to have the ability to look up surgically removed, I was able to disable the tower, wait for them to stop scrambling around, and then go on about my business knocking them out. Never detected. Appreciated!
you get kudos from me for doing the "ultimate playthrough"
