Without the upgraded blink power i probably would have failed and i consider myself an experienced stealth player.
And before you get any grief from skull-hounds on next level - you can take them out without triggering detection as well, and they don't count as kill.
"Proper" means without a single restructuring, btw. Look to the skies for the solution.
Also, "domino effect" is ok, but mesmerising is better for ghost.
True, I did the Silence achievement, ghost/no kills. No CW soldier got activated, and the one near Jindosh walks away conveniently, the other does not get activated at all. Leaving me lots of time to choke Jindosh and carry him with me.
There is one CW active near the exit because you have to reset that area to get the exit door. But, as they see in front and behind and not to their side, I walked neatly past him with Sokolov.
I only did it on Normal, though, and the whole level from skiff to skiff took me 10 hours, mostly trying to find a way through the mansion without resetting rooms and floors. I only use Blink, no toher powers.
