And basically I think I will upgrade monitor after long time cause I am happy with it.
Yes it's not as good as 1080p but it's more than decent
I have a 1080p monitor and a monitor like yours. :)
Don't worry about resolution
Just enjoy the games
The elitists will always heckle you for not having the best looking tech, but in the end we tailor our rigs to suit our needs. Same reason why companies build levels of power for graphics cards to fit people's budgets.
I myself have an ASUS 1080p monitor 21.5in. that's suited me well for 3 years, and still hasn't lost any quality. I sure as heck don't plan on upgrading any time soon because 1080p looks perfectly fine. Sure 4k looks better but mine is still fine, and upgrading to a higher res monitor means more demanding hardware upgrades also.
I'm satisfied knowing I have a balance between power and screen quality, and can still handle 4x DSR on most games.
On the plus side, games will run smoother.
I went from 1050 > 1080 > 1440.
