key figure?
what is a key figure and what does it mean if i kill one like the girl who wants you to get the corpse after you get paid

I am guessing by the way this is worded that a key figure is someone who can give you a quest like Granny Rags from 1. I've never noticed the wording key figure in game though.

I never saw these npcs be called key figures but they're basically important characters that can help you or hinder you based on who they are.

well if you kill one it says key figure eliminated

no there optional mission people and i did it after the mission was done
