All keys unbound.
I was having a problem with game crashes, so I validated the game cache and next time i loaded up the game, it didnt crash on the loading screen but now the sound keeps cutting out in cutscenes and all my keys and mouse controls are unbound. wtf dude.

Config files, check the ones in the save folder and the ones in the game folder, delete the empty ones and do a steam file verification.

This issue has been brought up several times in the discussions, for more details try using the search function.
