But at best *guess*, I'd say at the university. That's where I found the 'combat sleep dart' blueprint. Which, in my opinion, should've been automatically equipped from the start. It's been 15 years guys, c'mon. You're telling me I have to upgrade a tranq so it works instantly?
no, if you want a lore reason, read the item "combat sleep dart FORMULA" so the name alone gives you a lore reason why not knowing the right formula at the start, because like with all IRL tranq's not knowing how much someone can take results in heart attack
- 2 extra kinds of non-lethal CC bolts this time (howler and stinging)
- stun mines (up to 3 charges each)
- Emily's got her Domino power (1 dart = up to 4 targets)
- lucky needle upgrade, which allows you looting your sleep dart back, often enough
I know little late but i just wanna clarify it would put them into respiratory depression due to the mechanism of action tranqs have on the body, and eventually apnea and then heart failure....sorry emergency medical pharmacology nerd moment....
