Possible to collect all without power?
Is it possible to play the whole game (including collectables and sidequests) without choosing the power at the end of the first mission?

I haven't picked up this game yet, as I'm waiting on some of the performance issues to be addressed, but in the first Dishonored it was entirely possible to go through the entire game without purchasing any powers or upgrades (the exception being the default Blink, which was given automatically), and was even included as an achievement, so I hope that would be a feature they would carry over.

Whats with the teleport?
There are many rooms who can be only accessed over the roof/balcony etc.

So far (i'm inside clocktower) I'd say yes, but you probably wouldn't know you could until you've played it before unless you're planning on killing/knocking out absolutely everything. The powers make it possible to bypass a lot of combat and get quickly to high/weird places that would otherwise be a pain, there's usually at least 1 or often 2 other ways to get everywhere... so that's why I'm saying yes. But for me I'm finding these non-power routes more after-the-fact, rather than when I'm approaching somewhere or some obstacle for the first time.

I believe it is very much possible, as I've often noticed purposefully stacked crap for you to climb. Even the elevator shafts have these air-conditioner kind of things that allow for power-less traversal.

It just makes the game longer.

You can get the Souvenirs + Art Collector acheivement without powers (though a couple of them are rEALLY ANNOYING), but you can't get every item in the game. A couple of bone charms are out of reach without blink.

Sidequests (at least any character interactions, not sure about every obscure special action on the mission endscreen) are possible, but obviously much more difficult (especially if you want to go undetected) without powers.

Most of the inaccessible rooms just contain notes or coin, maybe a potion. You won't be hurting for money in a no-powers playthrough because runes are worth gold, so this isn't really an issue, but true 100% completion is impossible.

You do get an achievement for no powers, but this time around, it's a wholesale rejection, rather than just refusal to upgrade, so you don't even get blink. The powers tab is totally unavailable.

Very interesting way to play as it forces you to get to know the levels rather than just blinking from balcony to balcony. You have to be ready for a slower pace or a lot of murder (or both) relative to normal though.
