Do bloodfly kills count towards the no kill achievement and/or chaos?

When you summoned them it counts. But i was followed by two guys and when i saw a closed container with flies, i hit it and they came out and killed my followers. It did not count for a kill

I mean if you kill the bloodflies, I assume no but I want to be sure

They don't ; they're like the rats from the first game. High chaos = more of them.

You can kill flies, rats, machines, dogs, tentacels. As long as its not a human. You will be fine

Pro tip if you aren't sure if something was a kill or not just press escape and go to statistics and look at your kills. If its higher than zero either that was a kill or something you did earlier was.
