How Can I Get Rid Of The Pistol As Corvo?

Hey guys I just got out to Dunwall Streets, one thing is really annoying and its the pistol, I cant seem to put it away can anyone tell me if there is a way to do it? Also I am not talking about holding "f" I want to only have the sword if possible.

You can equip the crossbow or a power. That will put the pistol away.

But if you mean you don't want your left hand to appear at all then no, there is no way to unequip your left hand, I believe.

Ah that kinda sucks but I will get used to it especially when having a power equiped. It shouldn't take too much of the screen. Thanks for the help!

The crossbow works wonders for this...just don't accidentally prick yourself while you have sleep darts equiped.

You can sheathe your weapons and it'll make you move a bit faster. I rebinded my keys so I don't know what the default is, but if I'm not mistaken, you hold down the use button.

Draw your weapons. Pick up something like a glass or a bottle, something you toss to distract folks, once you pick hat up press and hold F and you'll put your gun/crossbow/power away. if you you just press F after that you'll drop the item you were holding and redraw your sword.

Hold F to sheath your weapon(s). If you don't want to see the gun by default (or the crossbow for that matter), just select one of your rune powers, which you won't "see" while you're not actually using it.

find a grenade (there is one in the first guard tower {not the large grey things but the tall black ones with a single white stripe} equip it and throw it, then hold F to put your weapons away and when you redraw your weapons you'll have nothing in your left hand

You guys are clearly not reading the OP's reply.

This is about having the left hand out AT ALL, because it blocks screen space. Not just emptying the left hand.
