Clockwork Robots
If you kill them, does it count against your chaos rating as an actual kill? I just wanted to make sure. Doesn't make sense if it does count, because they aren't alive techinally.

ok. this is nuts, but i just got a tip on the loading screen right after i asked this question. It says "Destroyed Clockwork Soldiers do not count toward the level of Chaos"

Good news!

"Situations that count a kill against your playthrough:
-NPC falls into water and drowns
-Unconscious NPC is thrown into fire
-NPC kills "Human Shield" NPC while being choke held
-NPCs killed by hacked Wall of Light or Arc Pylon
-Headless or Rewired Clockwork Soldiers kills other NPCs
"Domino" kills where you do not initiate the first kill
-NPCs killed by spawned rats/bloodflies
-Killing a Nest Keeper

Characters / things that are able to "Detect" you:
-Human NPCs
-Wolf Hounds
-Grave Hounds
-Clockwork Soldiers
-Bloodbriars
-Delilah Statues
-Civilians in certain instances"

What's that? Not those things that create bloodflies? Also, anyone knows, if I was never detected but used bodies as bait, will it count towards some achievement or something?

Nest Keeper is a person around the nests. They are kind of rare to find, but there are few instances here and there. They act a lot like Weeper from the first game. Basically a zombie.

For the second question, check your stats (menu - stats - mission/playtrough tab; not global!) from time to time. If you have 0 kills and 0 spottings, you're fine to get Clean Hands and Ghost achievements.

In the end of the institute I got 2 "Bodies Found", that was the only stats that was not 0.

I think that found bodies are ok and will not ruin the stealth-based achievements. It didn't in the first game, I have no reason to believe it does in here. As long as you have checked ghost and no kill in the end-mission screen, you're fine. I'm pretty sure about that.

Exactly my thoughts, All is checked, everything is 0, except for these 2 bodies which I had to use as bait. I hope the only thing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up about this game is performance (which actually wasn't bad in the Institute, but I wanted to break something so hard in the city).

Yeah there was a case in Dishonored 1 where even though bodies were found they didn't count against Ghost i even have multiple screenshots on my profile to back up that claim for people to view and i believe it continues to go that way with Dishonored 2 cause i recall getting Ghost on Dunwall even though bodies were found!

If it was like Dishonored 1 where they didn't then its likely that they don't in Dishonored 2.
Edit: also nice Necro that i didn't catch until now!
