Where is Imperial Assassin's Pack ?
It's said that The pack places bonus items on the Dreadful Wale, But I found nothing here ?
any advice ?

They show up if you use the heart, if I remember correctly. Not far from where you wake up after having a visit with the Outsider.

They ae on the desk in front of you when u wake up.

They are infront of you after waking up on teh Dreadful Whale immediately after your first encounter with the outsider.

does it work if you activate the dlc after youve played the game for awhile (past the first scene when you wake up)

Not if those things only get initially loaded at the start of the map.
But you can always restart that chapter trying to get them.
