I'm not that happy with the new voice actor...I'm really sorry to say he didn't have the same feel. I miss the way he is saying he is very interested while his tone is slow, calm, almost indifferent monotone.
Anyone know why the old voice actor didn't do the outsider this time?

Billy Lush's reddit name has nothing to do with him not being the Outsider in D2. The guys at Arkane wanted a voice with more emotion, and he wasn't given enough time to adjust to it. Whether it's Billy's fault or Arkane's fault, it's your pick. But his offensive screen name is not a reason for the change of the Outsider's VA to Robin Lord Taylor.

I just need to make quick mention of this. I don't hate trans people. I don't hate any "peoples". my gamer tags for the longest time were trannydestroyer. I didn't think about how hurtful it was. I use to play video games with my friends who are part of the LBGTQ community and it was never an issue. it wasn't an issue because they knew me and they knew I was just being a jack ass. obviously i don't have that luxury over the internet but please know i never meant to hurt anyone. there is enough hurt and pain in this world and i am upset with myself for adding to it in any way. I have since changed my gamer tags and as soon as this Dishonored stuff has lost interest i will cancel my account (because you can't change your reddit name)

i created this reddit account after I learned I was replaced. So my "offensive" name had nothing to do with his decision. I never told him my xbox or ps name. I don't think it was anything as nefarious as that... the only thing I can think of is that he wanted a more fragile sounding outsider.
