Combination for the safe in Vice-Overseer's office, Mission 2?

Hi guys, hope you are enjoying the game!

I'm currently stuck at Mission 2 Vice-Overseer's office trying to figure out the combination to the safe, where a Rune is inside per using the heart. Anyone has any idea where can I find the clue for safe combo?

PS. I think this time, all safe combos in Dishonored 2 would be randomly generated - which means you have to find the corresponding clue to know the exact combo. Reason I think so is that I've stumbled upon an online walkthrough saying the combo is 573, which didn't open the safe. And that walkthrough also says combo to the other safe in M2 is 225, but the actual working combo (for me, at least) is 976, where I found from a note in the safe store's cashier

Seems you found it, it was a seven strictures and 3 of those code like in the kennels of the first game. I am wondering about the other safe in the safe shop. Someone said that the code was in a till. I look in the upstairs cash register and it was empty. I also see a piece of paper on the desk in front of where the clerk patrols to but I cant pick it up. Not sure if missing something or the game bugged out on me.

The clues are in the office, next to the safe you'll find a book that lwith a numbered list behaviours Oveerseers should be wary of in their subjects. On one of the desks in the office there is a note that lists three behaviours in particular that Oveerseers should look for.

Match those three from the note to their number in the book, and that's the combination.

Safe shop.. Is this the one in Dunwall @ the crime scene (1st missions)? I thought I cleared all the safes there and don't remember finding a locked safe in that location.

there are different codes for every player. Dishonored had 3 or 4 codes per safe. I failed to find the code there and i used bruteforce to open it. I started with 000 and the code was in the 900....

on one of the desks there is a note listing three of the seven strictures, match them up with the list in the book next to the safe, in the order the three are written in. tada! rune
