skip intros?

I tried renaming the video files but it just hangs on a black screen once it loads. Ayone found a way to skip the annoying intro videos?

Kinda. I downloaded Radtools and created a shorter version of the "void engine" intro clip, it's only a second long. You can replace the 4 intro videos with this one, loads the game in no time. I added the tip to the PCGW article:

you just overwrite the 4 files with this one. you'll get the VOID loading screen flash a few times, then your in. way faster.

the short answer is yep it works kaldire!

I made a better intro-skip video. It's on PCGamingWiki now.

Improvements over the current "void engine" video:

1) Directory structure like the installed game, aiding the user. (starts with "Dishonored2")

2) No sound.

3) No fade-in that is then cut off.

4) Smaller.

5) Shorter playback-time.

6) Shows clearly the Arcane Studios logo, which is in the spirit of the product, doesn't look as much like a hack.

Downside: First one or two frames are blocky, and you see that 4 times. But overall, it's considerably better. In a way, this is even good: You can clearly see 4 videos play, so you know what's going on.

as so you could notice them and fix it, i said downside? as its a + thing
havent tested yours yet, but dont see how there could be a downside!

if it removes the VOID and vids blocky frames or not its allll positive

next time maybe dont judge a post by a poster and your previous posts with and or against that person

either way those sites do cause popups and malware, just make sure anyone who dls those are running blockers for popups heads up.
