Should i start a new game or do New Game Plus

i achieved the low chaos ending with corvo and i went non lethal. I want to go lethal and to use the powers in combat but im not sure if i should do a new game plus or if i should start a new game. Can someone tell me what new game plus offers? Do i keep my powers? Do i have to stay as corvo etc?

New Game + in this case effectively means you'll get to spend whatever runes you collected during your first playthrough near the start of your second playthrough (after Outsider visitation). You can change to Emily or stay as Corvo. Indeed you can even mix their powers, making who you play as unimportant (except for the different voice-acting). Might as well do + and reap the rewards of previous playthroughs.

I would suggest actually doing an Emily run to familiarize yourself with her powers, and THEN do a ng+. But make sure the + game you start comes with a full bunch of collected runes and bonecharms. :)

Corvo with domino is the best thing ever. :)

Is there a way to do new game plus without mixing the abilities? I'd prefer to do an Emily's play through but I don't want to start with nothing again

You can just only TAKE the ones that she / corvo used. You don't HAVE to.

Thank you. im going to do a vanilla emily run and then do new game plus with all the traits learnt etc :D
