It is much better for us to explore the story by yourself than to know spoiler from other.
This is true, but I tried to do this on a very high chaos playthrough (killed both burne and palo) but the ending was not very good. :/ I think I'll try and stay away from that option.
Wait, does not getting detected at all effect chaos and/or effect the final ending?
You find the non-lethal solution is the alternate solution guy's office in the Croone's Hand. I forget his name, started with a D. This lets you get into the Silvergraph Studio and place one or the other leader in a box.
I've already knocked out Palo too by the way.
Srsly though, I'd pick the Howlers over the Overseers.
Can you murder them both though?
spend 30 mintues bashing everyone's face in (knocking them)
or just do this, go kill everyone, take the letter
write the code down, and save scum to the start, put the code into the riddle and viola...
personally i'ed go with knocking everyone, it feels pretty fun taking down religious zealots and criminals at the same time, though the rat faced criminal is pretty tough to knock out in a crowd full of fighters
