Completely stuck, can anyone help (potential spoilers)?

Ok, I seem to be an impass, or I'm missing something obvious. I'm at the addermire island and I have the mission to search recuperation area for clues as to where Sokolov is.

I am at the location, I have searched every table, cupboard and moveble object. Screen:

If you missed talking to the Dr before she goes crazy killer mode, you need to play the Audio player thing nearby :) I think it's in a small side room if I remember correctly.
