Loved that one, actually. Pretty much the only unexpected outcome across the possible ending slides.
Not saving Emily actually makes sure you don't get Duke Corvo as an ending, since he will be busy ruling in Dunwall as Emperor.
I don't believe you can get Duke Corvo with an Emily run, because he has literally no clue what's been going on for the last 3+ months :)
What I did to get it, was basically skipped most of the Dust district, went straight through stilton (you can't save him either in this run), and when you get to the duke just outright kill him. Don't bother talking to or even engaging the body double.
If it works only in low chaos, then why have I seen endings of Corvo as "The Bloody Duke"?

Corvo is the Duke here, and it's definitely High Chaos.
I have no idea how to get this. Killed the Duke, his double, Paola, and Byrne, didn't side with anyone. No success with Corvo or Emily.
